  • How do I book an appointment?

  • Do you offer telehealth sessions?

    All sessions are held via telehealth on a secure video platform.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I accept BCBS PPO, Aetna, and Cigna plans.

  • Do you offer couples or family therapy?

    At this time, I offer only individual therapy services.

  • What are your out-of-pocket fees for therapy services?

    Intake sessions for individual therapy are billed at the rate of $175. Subsequent appointments are billed at the rate of $150.

  • Do you offer a sliding scale option?

    I have a limited number of spots for sliding scale clients. Please contact me directly for information and questions regarding sliding scale rates and availability.

  • What should I expect for my first appointment?

    During your first session(s), I will learn more about you and what brought you to therapy. We will also go over any questions you have as well as practice policies and my approach to therapy. This is a good opportunity for us both to assess whether or not we are a good fit.

  • How do I prepare for my first appointment?

    After you book your appointment, you will receive an email with an invitation to join the client portal. There, you will find the paperwork to fill out prior to our first session. Please complete this at least 24 hours in advance in order to keep your appointment.
